Exchange & Refund Policy – Oath (Kuwait)
At Oath, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, customers in Kuwait are entitled to request an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following terms:
Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
- Items must be in a resellable condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A valid receipt must be provided.
- Items may be exchanged or refunded if they:
- Do not meet the described product specifications, or
- Have a fault or defect.
Sale & Promotional Items
- Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are still eligible for exchange or refund, provided all the above conditions are met.
Important Notes
- Requests that do not meet the conditions above may not be accepted.
- Oath reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any exchange or refund.
